Locking a User

You can lock or unlock a user to regulate their access.

To lock or unlock a user:

On the Users page, click the Edit button corresponding to the user; the following page appears:

Click the Lock button; the 'Status' field changes to "Locked". To unlock the user, click the Unlock button; the 'Status' field changes back to "Active".
